I must apologise for failing to get this post published sooner, but it has been a hectic week. It may seem as though I’ve fallen behind with the whole 365 thing but we’ve actually taken more photos this week than we have in a long time. The reason being that, for half term, we took the children to Paris. So here is our week eight:

049/365: View From The 2nd Floor
On Tuesday, we scaled the Eiffel Tower, right to the very top, which did not faze the children at all. They loved looking out and spotting buildings and people that “look like mice, Mummy!”. Here is the view from the 2nd floor:
On Wednesday, we visited the Parisian chocolate museum, situated just metres from where we stayed. We enjoyed a tour of the museum followed by a demonstration in the kitchen and finally a hot chocolate, made using their very own hot chocolate spoons. Well worth a visit.
051/365: Another Day, Another View
This one from the top of Centre Georges Pompidou:
052/365: Pont des Arts
As we turned on to this famous bridge, glistening with padlocks, one jumped out at me. It was the first I saw; a pinky, purpley padlock with M <3 M 2014 written on it. I thought of Matilda Mae and took this photograph to share with her Mummy. Matilda Mae in Paris.
053/365: Kisses From Paris
Before we left Paris, Miss J posted her postcards to family and friends, sealing each with a kiss before popping it in the box:
That was our week eight – the hardest so far as there were just so many photos to choose from! Paris was amazing and we were all sad to leave. This week, we are back at school and clubs and everything that comes with family life – back to reality with a bump!
